Expedoo ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Expedoo mobile app for expedited freight drivers. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app — no ads, no data selling.
We collect information you provide directly: your email address (for sign-in), trip data (dates, locations, earnings, miles), and fuel entries (price, gallons, vendor). We also store your truck type and fuel type preferences.
We collect your approximate location only while the app is open, and only to show nearby available freight loads. Location is refreshed at most once per hour. We do not collect location in the background, and location is not stored on our servers — it is used only to query nearby loads in real time.
We use your data solely to provide the app's features: trip tracking, fuel logging, earnings statistics, and nearby load information. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your data is stored on your device and synced to secure cloud storage (Supabase) when you're online. Servers are located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, the Meta SDK, or any advertising networks.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the Account tab inside the app. All data is permanently removed within 24 hours. See the full steps on our Delete Account page.
Expedoo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
